This biennial event showcases statewide and national research achievements concerning biotechnology as it addresses the processes and products of the ocean. Themes include human health, medicines, environmental quality, seafood safety, biosensors, fisheries, aquaculture and biomedical research. It is the only meeting of its kind in the nation.
