The specific areas of focus for the conference are Emerging Diseases, Pathology, Health Assessment, Protect Wild Dolphins Project, and Boats and Manatees. This four-day conference will bring together approximately 250 people working on these and other marine mammals in order to address the current health status of these animals and future directions of investigation and action that are likely to produce benefits to their health and survival.
