The agenda includes plenary sessions as well as break-out sessions. Break-out sessions will cover topics such as Hypoxia in the Gulf, Restoration, Coastal & Marine Spatial Planning, Gulf Report Card, Ecosystems Services Valuation, Gulf Research Initiatives, and International Integration Initiatives.
