This will be a working conference to provide a forum for effective communication, cooperation, and collaboration among individuals and organizations involved in water monitoring in Texas. It will offer participants opportunities to discuss issues, network with colleagues, share successes, and bring new ideas back to their own programs. The conference agenda will include plenary presentations and focus group discussions. It will also have exhibitors at the Congress with the latest water monitoring technology and services. All participants will receive the 2004 Congress Proceedings, which will include the recommendations from the Congress. This document will also be presented to Legislators and key decision managers in time for the next Texas legislative session. Location:   The Commons Center at the J.J.
